We had an awesome time at this hotel! The staff were super friendly. The service was stellar, especially at the bar and restaurant. We enjoyed room service and the kids' club really made our trip special. The WiFi was fast too, which is great for sharing our adventures!
We had some trouble with the breakfast variety. it could use some improvement to cater to more dietary preferences.

The Grace La Margna offers impressive service. the staff, especially David and Nils, made us feel truly welcome. We enjoyed a memorable meal at The View restaurant with breathtaking panoramas. The spa facilities were a luxurious retreat, perfect after a day of exploration. The breakfast spread impressed us, although I would have welcomed a greater variety of options. The bedding and pillows provided exceptional comfort, making it hard to leave our suite.

Exceptional hospitality with a gorgeously designed room featuring stunning mountain views. Breakfast was enjoyable and while the staff was very attentive, the only downside was the unavailability of free Wi-Fi without an existing plan. a memorable experience in a beautifully renovated hotel.

the location is ideal as it's just a short stroll to both town and the picturesque lake the room was elegantly decorated and came with a variety of amenities including a pillow menu which was a delightful surprise the staff showed exceptional hospitality taking special care of our child at mealtimes.

A Memorable Stay with Outstanding Service
Our stay was incredibly enjoyable. The hotel's proximity to the train station was a lifesaver after our travels, making it the perfect spot for us. The staff went above and beyond, especially noted during our dining experience at The View restaurant, where the menu offerings were exceptional and beautifully presented. We also appreciated the little touches like the dehydrated Swiss apple snacks in our room. The only drawback was the breakfast variety, as we would have liked to see more options, including halal choices.
